Fundraising for Calling Cape Town Challenge 2027
About Righardt Müller
Three men. One mission. 167 km for a purpose. We are Johan, Kobus and Righardt, three men taking on the Calling Cape Town Challenge to push our limits for something bigger than ourselves. We will take on an 8 km ocean swim, a 109 km Cape Town Cycle Tour and a 50 km Three Peaks trail run, all within 24 hours. But this is not just about endurance, sweat or crossing a finish line. It is about the future of South Africa. We are raising funds for Calling Education to help make quality education accessible to learners from lower income communities. Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, discover their potential and build a better future, but creating these opportunities takes people willing to stand up and make a difference. That is why we are taking on this challenge. We are prepared to put our bodies to the test so that more children can access the opportunities they deserve. Every donation, big or small, helps turn our kilometres into something that lasts far beyond race day: education, opportunity and hope. You do not have to swim the ocean, cycle the peninsula or climb three mountains to make a difference. You can be part of Team Epic simply by donating or sharing our mission. Back the team, back the cause and help change a child’s future. 167 km, one purpose and a future worth fighting for.

Calling Cape Town was started by passionate South Africans set on tackling one of the country’s biggest challenges - giving the majority of its children access to quality education.
Every athlete and volunteer takes on the challenge to raise funds for Calling Education, which has proven that you can run an independent high school delivering top-quality education for around R8,000 a year - from 60 learners in 2018 to more than 700 across three campuses today.
