Fundraising for Calling Cape Town Challenge 2027

My story

I am grateful to God for the ability and strength to do what I love and for the opportunity to use it for a greater purpose. I will be taking on the running leg for my team, raising funds for Calling Education to help provide quality education and create brighter futures for children in South Africa. Honoured to be part of something bigger than myself. All glory to God!

The Cause

We don't race for medals. We race so a generation of South African children can learn.

Calling Academy learners in school uniform on the sports field

Calling Cape Town was started by passionate South Africans set on tackling one of the country’s biggest challenges - giving the majority of its children access to quality education.

Every athlete and volunteer takes on the challenge to raise funds for Calling Education, which has proven that you can run an independent high school delivering top-quality education for around R8,000 a year - from 60 learners in 2018 to more than 700 across three campuses today.
